As a resident of the area since 1960, Dr. Hartmann attended Santa Barbara High School before earning his degrees from the University of California, Santa Barbara and the University of Southern California School of Dentistry.
Since opening his practice in Montecito, Dr. Hartmann has provided exceptional family and cosmetic dental care to generations of patients. His long standing dedication to his patients and his community has made him a trusted name.
Dr. Hartmann's professional accomplishments include serving nine years on the California Dental Board as President in 1997. His decades of experience and commitment to excellence ensure that every patient receives skilled, compassionate, and personalized care.
Beyond dentistry, Dr. Hartmann is an active member of the Santa Barbara community. He has been an avocado rancher and flower grower, a citizen journalist, and a local history enthusiast.
